Atty. Bautista’s practice areas include Immigration, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Family Law and Income Tax Preparation. His offices are based in Los Angeles and San Diego, but he represents immigration clients all over the continental United States.
Atty. Bautista obtained his law degree (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California and A.B. in Political Science from the University of the Philippines. Thereafter, he was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999.

Atty. Bautista was a former student leader, having been elected Chairman of the University of the Philippines Manila Student Council and the National Student Association of the Philippines. He also served as municipal councilor, provincial board member in the province of Nueva Ecija, and assembly member of the former national legislative body, Batasan Bayan. He was also a member of the Committee on Revision of Laws and Election Code which drafted the Omnibus Election Code of 1985. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Chamber of Commerce, National City and the South West Masonic Lodge, National City.
Atty. Bautista is a noted columnist in immigration and bankruptcy laws whose articles are published in various U.S. broadsheets and online publications. Atty. Bautista joined the Firm in 2005 as correspondent lawyer for the United States West Coast.
